Our client, a prominent company in the retail industry, is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their finance division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver monthly financial reports for management decisionmaking
• Collaborate on monthly financial forecasting and annual planning
• Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis
• Manage and train team members in financial processes
• Guide reporting hub in India for system integrity
• Assist in Capex management and forecasting for business segments

Qualifications:

• 57 years of experience in financial/business analysis
• Ability to communicate in English and Japanese
• Experience in retail industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic accounting knowledge J-GAAP/US GAAP is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Strong analytical skills for variance analysis
• Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred but not mandatory
