【知財戦略室について】
Fintechという新たな領域におけるチャレンジにおいて、同社グループでは、知的財産は「私たちがやりたいビジネスを行うために必要なもの」と考え、事業戦略、研究戦略、知財戦略が三位一体となり相互にコミュニケーションを図りながら推進しています。
また、同社グループでは、知的財産を権利化されたものだけでなく、技術・データ・ノウハウ・ブランド・サービス等を含むものと広義に捉え、知財戦略を策定・推進しているため、権利化だけにはとどまらない、広い視点で事業を俯瞰し、課題に応じた知的財産を柔軟に選択する力が欠かせません。
そのため知財戦略室が担う業務範囲は広く、知財戦略室のメンバーとして、社内外のコミュニケーションを円滑に行い、積極的な提案を行える実行力が欠かせません。
知財の観点からビジネスアイデアを創出し、これまでにない、社会にイノベーションを起こすサービスを一緒に世の中に広めていただける仲間を募集します。
【業務内容】
■事業戦略と連携した知財戦略の立案・実行
■知的財産権に関する調査・分析(IPランドスケープ)
■知的財産に関わる渉外や契約
■特許・意匠・商標など知的財産権に関するヒアリング・発掘・権利化・クリアランス
■社内啓蒙活動
■その他、著作権、OSSやドメイン、営業秘密、ブランディング等を含む知的財産に関連して発生する一切の業務(サポート業務含む)
※ご経験によっては、ゆくゆくマネジメント業務にもチャレンジいただきたいと思っております。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■事業会社にて事業部門や関係部門と連携して知財戦略策定・推進のご経験(目安:3年程度)
■事業会社での知的財産権の調査・分析のご経験
■事業会社での知的財産権の権利化や権利活用方針提案のご経験
【給与】
年収 850 ~ 1000 万円
※所定・法定時間外および法定休日労働45時間分、深夜労働40時間分の固定手当を含む
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
