■"空調用エアフィルタ"で、クリーンな空間を提供します
室内で循環されている空気。花粉やハウスダスト、ホコリ、悪臭ガスや有害ガスなど空気中には様々な物質が含有されています。その空気をクリーンに保つ役割を担っているのが"空調用エアフィルタ"です。エアコンや空気清浄機のフィルタを想像してもらえるとわかりやすいかもしれません。I社の取り扱う製品は、業務用空調機器専門のフィルタ。商業施設やオフィスビルなど多くの人が活動する空間や、病院や半導体工場など高度な空調を要する場所の機械室といった、一般には見えないところで活躍しています。
■設立以来、安定経営を継続中新分野にも積極的に取り組んでいきます
"空調用エアフィルタ"は、お客様の環境に応じて数ヶ月~1年単位で交換が必要な消耗品です。フィルタの販売だけでなく空調機器のメンテナンスも手掛けることで、お客様と強固な信頼関係を構築しているI社。幅広いメーカーの中からニーズに応じた製品を提案可能なのも強みの一つです。毎年堅調に売上を伸ばし、過去最高売上達成目前現在、売上10億円を目指して一丸となって取り組んでいます。空調だけでなく、若い社員の柔軟な発想とフィルター技術を融合した新分野にも今後は積極的に取り組んでいく予定です。
■和気藹々として働きやすさ抜群社会人経験や営業経験は不問です
20代~50代の社員がバランス良く揃い、社内は非常に和気藹々としたアットホームな雰囲気です。仕事終わりに皆で飲みに行くこともあります。(一歩社内を出ると仕事の話はありません、メリハリを大切にしています。)業務効率向上を目的に社内業務のIT化が進めており、残業も少なく働きやすい環境です。20代、30代の社員が活躍していますし、入社20年目のベテランもいますので、わからないことがあれば気兼ねなく聞ける環境です。経験は不問です。時間をかけてでも着実に仕事を身に付けて行ってください。
