Roles and Responsibility

社内開発スタジオの自動ビルド環境、自動テスト環境の構築・運用を担当・サポートする役割を担います。プロジェクトの品質に関わる業務のうち、エンジニアリングで解決すべきものを担当・サポートし、タイトル開発を支援します。関係部門とのコミュニケーションや、関連技術の調査、技術情報の収集・整理・展開等も業務範囲に含まれます。

・Jenkinsを主な基盤とした対象アプリケーションの自動ビルド環境、自動テスト環境の構築・サポート

・バージョン管理ツールや課題管理システム、既成・内製の各種ツールやシステムとの連携対応 ・ゲーム開発における自動ビルド環境、自動テスト環境に関わる技術情報の調査と問題解決

  • English here I am responsible for setting up and supporting the automated build environment and automated testing environment within our in-house development studio. My role involves handling tasks related to project quality that should be resolved through engineering, thereby assisting in title development. This includes communication with other departments, researching relevant technologies, and collecting, organizing, and disseminating technical information. Specific responsibilities include:
    • Establishing and supporting automated build and testing environments for target applications, primarily using Jenkins as the foundation.
    • Ensuring seamless integration with version control tools, issue tracking systems, and various pre-existing or in-house tools and systems.
    • Investigating technical information related to automated build and testing environments in the context of game development and addressing associated issues.

Minimum Requirements

・コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号、または同等の経験

・Git/Subversion/Perforce等のバージョン管理ツールに対する基礎知識

・Jenkinsを用いたCI環境の構築経験

・Redmine/JIRA等の課題管理システムの利用経験

・Windows OS上で開発環境を構築・運用するうえでの基礎知識

・ネットワーク環境の基礎知識

・C#/Python/Java/C++/Rubyいずれかのプログラミング言語の知識と経験

・ゲーム開発に対する知識や経験

・開発チームをクオリティエンジニアリングに関わる技術で支えていくことに対する意欲

    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Fundamental knowledge of version control tools such as Git, Subversion, or Perforce.
    • Experience in setting up CI environments using Jenkins.
    • Experience using issue tracking systems like Redmine or JIRA.
    • Basic knowledge of setting up and maintaining development environments on Windows OS.
    • Fundamental knowledge of network environments.
    • Knowledge and experience in at least one programming language among C#, Python, Java, C++, or Ruby.
    • Knowledge and experience in game development.
    • Enthusiasm for supporting the development team with technical skills related to quality engineering.

・中規模以上のゲーム開発経験
