We are recruiting an Engineering Manager to support the development of a fully automated cloud accounting and payroll software product. This is a crucial position within an organization dedicated to leveraging technology to revitalize small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through product planning and development.

Our company is planning to develop numerous new features in the future, leading to the expansion of our team. To achieve greater success, we are seeking an Engineering Manager.

As an Engineering Manager, you will join the development team of our all-in-one cloud accounting and payroll software, overseeing the management of the software development team. Your mission is to build the team, commit to the growth of its members, and ensure they work enthusiastically to achieve the best results. Some team members will also engage in management while actively contributing to software development.

Responsibilities include:

- Organizing and structuring the development team.
- Managing team members.
- Providing feedback to team members.
- Planning and developing new features, improving automation algorithms, enhancing user experience (UX), and planning and developing new products, among other tasks.

About the Team:

Our engineers are involved in the entire process from planning to development and release. We prioritize not only releasing but also rapidly improving based on feedback from actual users and customers. We aim to continue delivering value to our customers while prioritizing speed. Our engineers come from diverse backgrounds, including manufacturers, system integrators (SI), gaming companies, and SaaS vendors, contributing their unique experiences to our service development. We have a lively atmosphere where discussions are actively encouraged, from service development to organizational building. We value active communication and collaboration, fostering growth together through daily morning meetings, monthly Engineer All-Hands meetings, study sessions, and other events.
