業務内容詳細

個人事業主・フリーランス市場におけるマーケットシェアを更に拡大するため、PdM(プロダクトマネージャー)と連携をとりながら、あらたなビジネスモデルの構築、新規プロダクトの立ち上げ、プロダクトの利用を促進するマーケティング施策など、幅広くご担当いただきます。社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら、新たな価値を作りだす経験ができるポジションです。

Recruitment Background: We are looking for individuals who can commit to the early creation of "new value" in the individual business owner and freelance market, which our unit has identified as a challenge. We are seeking individuals who can commit to creating from 0 to 1 and beyond (1 to 10, 10 to 100, etc.) while collaborating with PdMs and the business side. Attractions:

  Job Description:

  To further expand the market share in the individual business owner and freelance market, you will work in collaboration with PdMs (Product Managers). Your responsibilities will include the development of new business models, launching new products, and implementing marketing initiatives to promote product usage. This position offers the opportunity to create new value while involving internal and external stakeholders. Specific Tasks:
  • Explore and investigate user issues, strategic design.
  • Build business schemes for products, formulate business plans.
  • Design stories and propose marketing initiatives to promote usage.
  • Establish, execute, and analyze a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) environment for growth.
  • Collaborate with related organizations and project management.

Minimum Requirements
