1名限定|乃木坂オフィス勤務の営業事務・ITサポート

仕事内容


あなたにお任せするのは、当社バックオフィスを支える営業事務・社内サポート業務です。

営業活動や社内オペレーションが円滑に進むよう、各種手配・管理・事務対応を担当していただきます。

【営業事務業務】

・Salesforce上での商談における承認申請の確認

・備品の購買、各種予約手配

・レンタカー、ホテルの手配

・配送手配(各種宅配便、ハコベル、バイク便など)

・購買・予約に関する証憑の提出、管理業務

【サポート業務】

・Pマーク関連ドキュメントの更新、管理

・各種台帳の管理

・情シス保有の機材・備品管理

・各種アカウントの設定、更新

・PCセットアップ(Mac/Windows)

・各種購買対応

業務はマニュアルや過去事例をもとに進めていただきます。不明点は随時相談できる体制があり、落ち着いた環境で正確に業務に取り組めるポジションです。

まずは3ヶ月契約でのスタートとなりますが、双方問題がなければ長期での継続を前提としています。

営業事務・総務・バックオフィス・情シスサポートなどのご経験を活かし、チームを裏側から支えてくださる方を歓迎します。

募集人数・募集背景


業務拡大に伴い、バックオフィスを支えてくださる方を1名募集します。

まずは3ヶ月契約からのスタートですが、

お互いに問題なければ長期での継続を前提としたポジションです。
