SalesforceやAIを活用したDXプロジェクトの増加に伴い 顧客の本質的な成果(売上向上・業務変革)にこだわる ITコンサルタントを募集します。 今後10億円規模の組織へと成長するための中核メンバーとして ご活躍いただきます。
【具体的には】
・ CRM導入コンサルティング・業務基盤構築・新規導入/改善提案
・ クライアントの課題をヒアリングし、業務フローを再設計
・ 要件定義/設計/構築/運用支援まで一貫して担当
・ プロジェクトマネジメント、定量評価、ナレッジシェアなど
・ 営業・マーケ連携プロジェクト
・ MA(マーケティングオートメーション)とSFA(営業支援)の連携設計
・ ウェビナー施策やLP改善、リードナーチャリングの仕組み化
・ インサイドセールス支援、営業トークスクリプト改善
・ 広告運用~CV向上のためのクリエイティブ改善
【求める人材】
・ 法人営業経験3年以上
【歓迎】
・ Salesforce導入支援の経験(要件定義~運用まで一貫した経験)
・ Salesforce認定資格(Administratorなど)
・ BtoB営業経験(IT商材であれば尚可)
・ Webマーケやデジタル領域への関心
【給与】
年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
