ファクトベースの競争戦略コンサルタントとして20年を超えるキャリアを持つマネージャーとチームを組み、エフェクチュエーションとコーゼーションが融合した競争戦略の提供を行います。既成概念に捉われず、常にクライアントの本質的な課題に向き合い、クライアントが持続的な成長を果たすために何が必要かを考え抜き、新しい市場の創造を厭わない有効戦略を提案することを何よりも大切に考えています。

・顧客を取り巻く環境に関する調査
・顧客の財務状況分析を踏まえた真因の整理
・課題に合わせた仮説構築、ディスカッション
・顧客の持つ無形・有形アセットの多角的診断・評価
・顧客課題解決提案、実行支援
大手戦略コンサルファームとは異なり、業界や課題を限定せず、一気通貫でご支援するスタンスを取っています。

【求める人材】
【必須】以下すべての要件を満たす方
・コンサルタント・ストラテジープランニング経験もしくは法人営業領域でのコンサルティング営業経験(戦略コンサル未経験でも可)
・クライアントに対してドキュメントを通した提案の経験をお持ちの方(年数は問いませんが、通算10件以上)
・提案資料を独力で作成可能な方
【尚可】
・統計検定 準1級以上
・英語力や翻訳ツールの活用力(高い海外文献/事例の収集/読解力)
【働き方について】
・ハイブリッドワークを基本としています(週1~2日の出社を前提としたワークライフバランスも配慮した働き方)
・サテライト型シェアオフィス等、多数のテレワーク施設を部独自に契約しており、外出時等活用いただけます
【給与】
年収:850万~1500万程度
年俸制:月額708333円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

主に東京都23区内のお客様先/テレワーク
基本的に東京都23区内の勤務となります。※プロジェクトにより、転勤・海外出張あり
勤務地変更の範囲:取引先(案件先)の勤務地により異なる
【勤務時間】
始業9時00分、終業18時00分を基本とし、労働者の決定に委ねる ※8時間勤務したものとみなす
