Responsibilities
As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Japan, you will lead both the local TA team and the strategic direction of recruitment efforts across the country.
Acting as the key point of contact for senior business leaders, you'll align hiring strategies with business needs while collaborating closely with the Global TA Head and international HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute strategic hiring plans to meet business goals, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and talent pipeline needs.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
Manage recruitment project timelines across multiple roles and departments, providing clear updates and ensuring the team stays on track.
Collaborate with the global HR team, sharing insights and aligning recruitment strategies across regions.
Contribute to global HR initiatives and talent acquisition projects, ensuring consistency and local market adaptation.
Plan and take part in recruitment events, such as career fairs, webinars, and company-hosted meetups, to build employer brand and attract talent.
Oversee the hiring and administration of fixed-term employees, including contract management and compliance with local regulations.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Business level English
Native level Japanese
10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years of recruitment experience
Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries a plus (not required)
Strong communication skills
Basic PC skills
Native/fluent Japanese language skills and permission to work in Japan required

Salary
Company is considering candidates up to 12M JPY annual (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience)
