業務内容
- 営業チームの信頼できるパートナーとして、価格設定、製品構成、契約条件に関するアドバイスを提供
- 社内外の関係者(営業、技術、製品、ネットワーク、財務、ベンダー)と連携し、顧客ニーズに合った最適かつコスト効率の高い提案を実現
- Excelや社内システムを活用し、戦略的な取引構成を設計
- 既存の価格プログラムの改善点を分析し、革新的な提案を実施
- 市場動向や競合の価格戦略を分析し、迅速かつ的確な対応策を提案
- 戦略的な価格設定プロジェクトにおいて、調査から導入までをリード
- ビジネスレベルの日本語&日常会話レベルの英語力(共に文書作成能力必須です)
- 価格設定や関連業務の実務経験
- 国際的な環境での業務経験
- 商業財務や交渉に関する実績と知識
- 営業チームや主要ステークホルダーとの信頼関係を築く力

The Pricing Analyst will work closely with members of the Sales, Sales Engineers, Product and Finance departments utilizing various tools in order to provide deal desk/quoting functions for the company's products.
Key Accountabilities
Drive, Provide commercial support for Colt products including but not limited to Optical, Ethernet, IPVPN, IP Access, and Managed Services.
Act as trusted adviser to Sales on pricing, product configuration, and business terms to support the sales effort.Work with Sales Team, Solution Architects, Product Managers, Network, Finance, Vendors to come up with lowest cost solutions that best fit customer requirements.
Utilize various tools such as Excel and other internal systems to structure the deals.Investigate and recommend enhancements to existing pricing programs.
Lead and/or participate in strategic pricing discussions and projects.
Track and analyze market/customer trends and competitive pricing moves in order to recommend appropriate course of actions.
Lead and/or participate in specific pricing initiatives from investigation to implementation.
Role Requirements
Skills & Experiences
Business level Japanese – verbal and written
Experience in Deal Pricing or related activities
Experience in international environment
Proven experience in commercial finance and/or negotiations – commercially astute.
Strong relationship building skills to quickly establish credibility and rapport with sales and key stakeholders
Strong Excel modelling skills
Other preferences
English capability is a plus
Proactive, independent with strong sense of ownership
Deploy high degrees of diplomacy and cultural awareness
Ability to think and act internationally and cross functionally
Ability to work under multi-task, pressure and tight deadlines
