Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.

- 様々な情報源からデータを収集し、ステークホルダーの価格決定を支援するレポートを作成する。
- システム上で価格を管理し、定期的に更新する。
- TEツールを使用して、オンラインおよびオフラインでの価格リクエストに対応する。
- 低利益率のビジネスを特定し、PMと協力して改善策を検討する。
- 価格合意のパフォーマンスをモニタリングする。
- 分析スキルを活用し、課題を見つけ出す。
- 価格決定を支援するための各種レポートを作成する。
- 次世代のプライシング分野(競合分析、AI、クロスファンクショナルデータ統合など)を探求する。
- ステークホルダー(営業、PM、カスタマーケア、財務)とのバランスを取る。
- 複雑な価格戦略を簡潔にし、ステークホルダーに分かりやすく伝える能力。
- 部門(BUおよび職務)を横断したコミュニケーション力。
- 市場動向やルールを価格決定に適用する。
- 価格最適化のための提案を行う。
【業務経験】
必須条件:製造業界にてプライシングまたはそれに相当する職務での3~5年の経験
歓迎条件:自動車tier1, tier2業界にて価格設定、調整などプライシング関連のご経験
学歴:経済学、金融、統計、ビジネス、またはその関連分野の学士卒
言語:日本語 – 日本人と問題なくコミュニケーションが取れること。
英語 – 英語に対する抵抗感がない方が望ましい。
