About The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Analyst to support digital product and ecommerce initiatives across Japan and Korea.
In this role, you'll work closely with a Senior Product Manager to drive insights, support A/B testing, and contribute to performance reporting that shapes the digital customer experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their product or analytics career who's eager to grow in experimentation, digital metrics, and data-informed decision-making.
Analytics & Opportunity Discovery
Analyze traffic, funnel performance, customer behavior, and feature usage.
Collaborate with global analytics and engineering teams to ensure proper data tagging and availability.
Maintain documentation of metrics, dashboards, and tagging structures.
A/B Testing & Experimentation
Assist in hypothesis development, success metrics, and test setup.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate measurement.
Analyze test results and summarize insights for stakeholders.
Post-Launch Analysis & Reporting
Evaluate the performance of newly launched features.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using analytics or BI tools.
Monitor trends and flag anomalies to the Senior Product Manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with engineering, marketing, site ops, and merchandising teams to align on data needs.
Support internal presentations and roadmap reviews.
Data Quality & Instrumentation
Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot tagging or tracking issues.
Contribute to improving data processes and measurement capabilities.
Qualifications
Required:
1–2+ years in product or digital analytics, ecommerce, or related roles.
Familiarity with tools like GA4, Quantum Metrics, or Apollo.
Basic understanding of A/B testing or strong interest in experimentation.
Bilingual:
Business-level Japanese & English.
Nice To Have
Experience with ecommerce KPIs or digital product metrics.
Basic SQL or BI tool experience.
Exposure to tagging and event tracking.
Korean language skills a plus.
Success Metrics

High-quality A/B test support.
Clear communication of insights.
Improved analytics reliability and clarity.
Demonstrated growth in analytics and experimentation skills.
First 90 Days
0–30 days: Learn tools, dashboards, tagging, and KPIs.
31–60 days: Support A/B tests, own routine reporting, and complete key analyses.
61–90 days: Independently analyze features, present insights, and support test design.
