Sales and Marketing Officer (Aircraft Line Maintenance) to support our team

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing the company's brand visibility within the global and regional aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of commercial aviation, technical aircraft services (specifically line maintenance), and proven B2B sales and strategic marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and target potential clients for line maintenance services (e.g., transit checks, daily checks, weekly checks, AOG Rescue).
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve agreed-upon revenue and market share targets.
  • Prepare compelling and professional proposals, tenders, and presentations tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate and close service contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence and visibility within the aviation line maintenance sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging customer needs, competitive landscapes, and new geographical or service expansion opportunities.
  • Create and manage high-quality marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, website content) focused on the value proposition of our line maintenance services.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure service offerings are aligned with client expectations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales or business development experience​
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements​
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills​
  • Ability to speak and write in both English and Japanese are required​
  • Open to travel for business meetings
