Summary

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Wholesale:
Enhances relationships with key partners and suggests a partners distribution/target list. Monitors sales KPIs to ensure that partners are achieving maximum sales potential. Guarantees stock in wholesale partners, manages orders and delivery process. Provides training on brands and product characteristics.

クライアントポートフォリオ管理

  • 「セールスサイクル」に基づき、優先事項と活動に沿った業務計画を策定
  • 店舗クラスターごとの訪問頻度KPI達成に向けた効果的な訪問計画を実施

クライアントリレーション構築

  • MD、ストアマネージャー、専任スタッフとの良好な関係構築
  • ブランドの窓口として、顧客からのフィードバックやニーズを収集・対応

ブランドパフォーマンス管理

  • 売上目標の達成
  • Sell-inおよびSell-outの推進
  • 新コレクションのローンチサポート
  • 店舗でのブランド浸透度の確保・モニタリング
  • 適切な品揃えと在庫レベルの維持
  • 選択的流通ガイドラインに沿った商品ディストリビューションの最適化

店舗でのブランドプレゼンス強化

  • 店舗内でのブランド視認性向上に向けた交渉・最適化
  • ブランドのマーチャンダイジングガイドライン遵守
  • ブランドイメージの維持とブランドエクイティ保護

トレーニング

  • 商品、ブランド、トレードマーケティングに関するトレーニングの実施

レポーティング

  • 訪問報告のタイムリーかつ正確な提出
  • 商品・ブランドに関する顧客フィードバックの収集
  • 競合ブランドの活動(商品・視認性・イベント)に関する情報分析・報告
  • ベストセラー・ワーストセラーの分析(価格帯、カラー、スタイルなど)
