本ポジションは、大規模自治体様向けの幹部社員としてお客様の現状・課題を深掘りし、自らが先頭に立ち戦略を立案・実行しスピード感を持ってビジネスを拡大することがミッションとなります。チーム戦略を策定し若手メンバーが多い組織であることから自らが強いリーダーシップを持ちながら牽引しビジネス拡大を目指し組織マネジメントを担当します。また、新規ビジネス創出や持続可能な社会の実現に向け、行政経営の変革提案にも取り組んでいただきます。

・リーダーとしての商談推進経験

・戦略立案力・商談シナリオ作成力

・一般的なITスキル(Word、Excel、PowePoint等)

・コミュニケーションスキル

・ビジネスマナー

以下の経験があること

・官公庁・自治体におけるビジネス推進経験

・複数名をマネジメントしたリーダー経験者

・人材育成経験者(トレーナー経験等含む)
