Role: 店舗管理全般、売上計画策定、スタッフ育成、業務改善、イベントや催事のリーダーシップ、百貨店マネージャーとの連携、本社との連携、報告、相談、エリアマネージャーのサポート

Role Objectives

Key Role and Responsibilities:

<主な業務内容>

店舗管理全般、売上計画策定、スタッフ育成、業務改善、イベントや催事のリーダーシップ、百貨店マネージャーとの連携、本社との連携、報告、相談、エリアマネージャーのサポート

ステラ マッカートニー商品の販売(ウェア、バッグ、シューズ、アクセサリー)

お客様へのコーディネートのご提案

ディスプレイ、ラッピング

入荷・出荷の手配

検品、商品、在庫管理、売上記録

顧客管理、分析、フォローアップ

その他、付帯業務

<経験・適正>

・アパレル、ラグジュアリーブランド、セレクトショップ等での接客販売のご経験のある方で、店長や副店長(2~3年以上)の経験

・店舗売上管理、顧客管理、人材育成を含め店舗ならびにステラマッカートニーの発展のために工夫し尽力できること

・役職や職務内容にこだわらず店舗のあらゆる問題解決のためにリーダーシップを発揮できること

・オペレーションや事務処理の能率向上のために、率先してアイディアを出して改善につなげることが出来る

・部下、後輩の育成のためにコーチングした経験

・百貨店や直営店等での顧客育成(弊社商品と同等の商品価格取扱い必須)

・即戦力として店舗に貢献できる接客、販売、店舗運営の経験

・パソコンやシステムを使用した付帯業務、検品作業などを効率よく進められること

・協調して仕事のできること

・他者をインスパイアし、リーダーとして行動できること

・迅速な相談と報告、状況に応じた臨機応変な対応

・商品のデザイン、商品の素材、ブランドの歴史、サステナビリティ等に興味があり学ぶ意欲が高い方

<必要なスキル・資格>

・会社の中長期目標、課題を理解し店舗運営に落とし込みできる視野、経験

・接客・販売・顧客育成の経験(弊社商品と同等の商品価格取扱い必須)

・部下育成、チームマネジメント

・問題解決能力

・基本的なパソコン操作(メール、ワード文書作成、エクセル)

・基本英語力(英検2級程度尚可)

・数字、データの分析スキル(簿記3級程度尚可)

・SNS、アプリケーション(LINE、Instagram、Zoom、Skype、Teamsなど)の使用経験

<その他>

・店長会、催事の対応で国内出張(日帰りまたは一泊等)が発生する場合があります

・緊急時(災害、不測の事態、店舗内の欠勤等)には休日や業務時間外にも店舗管理者としての対応が発生する場合があります
