その重要な役割を担う電気自動車の営業部門のストアマネージャーとして、不可能な事も可能にしていくために販売台数の最大化を図る戦略、育成などに全力を尽くします。

Position Description
- テスラのストアマネージャーは、経験豊富でカリスマ性のあるリテールリーダーとして、担当店舗における販売のオペレーションと管理を担当します。
- チームの成功に100%コミットし、チームメンバーの成長と発展に積極的に関与していくことを期待します。また優れたビジネス感覚を持ち、実践的なコーチとしても活躍できる人材である必要があります。
- 常にパフォーマンスの向上を追求し、数値とKPIを追い続けます。
Responsibilities
- 顧客サービス、商品知識、商品プレゼンテーション、プロモーションを通じて、ビジネスを促進し、売上を最大化する
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- テスラの目標達成を支援しながら、顧客のニーズを満たすため、すべての業務方針および手順を実施する
- 店舗の目標達成に必要なスキルを持つ候補者の面接と採用をリードする
- 常に会社の基準を満たすパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう、スタッフを教育・育成する
- アウトバウンドイベントや販売ネットワーク活動を含むがこれに限定されない、店舗運営タスクやプロジェクトの計画、実施、フォローアップをリードする
- 人員、備品、サービスなど、店舗の経費を管理する
- 商品の陳列と実地棚卸に関するプロセスを遵守する
- 日常的なワークフローの効率化をチーム内で試し、効果的な方法を同僚や経営陣に共有する
- 社内外の他者とのコミュニケーションにおいて、プロフェッショナルかつ責任ある態度でテスラを代表すること
- テスラアドバイザー(営業)が高い成果を残すために顧客とのパイプラインを構築する為のサポートや、顧客満足度を維持しながら、顧客に積極的に働きかけ、販売プロセスのフォローを行い、生産性の高いチームを作ることが評価される
- 会社や製品に関する知識を真剣に学び、常にアップデートをする
- その他の責務:業務上の必要性に基づき、指示されたその他の関連業務を遂行する
Requirements
【必須(MUST)】
- 小売業界での実務経験、およびキーアカウント営業経験があり、チームマネジメントの経験もお持ちの方
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- 優れたビジネス開発能力とビジネス交渉能力をお持ちの方
- 論理的思考があり、事実と販売データに敏感で、優れた論理分析能力をお持ちの方
- プレッシャーがある中でもチームメンバーを管理し、ペースの速い職場環境で販売目標を達成する能力がある方
- 優先順位をつけ、複数のプロジェクトを管理し、ビジネスクリティカルな期限を守る能力をお持ちの方
- 営業管理および業務に対するパッションと倫理的アプローチができる方
- 店舗のオペレーションとシステムに関する豊富な知識と実績のある実務経験をお持ちの方
- 普通自動車第一種免許(ATのみ可)を有する方
