Responsibilities: (業務内容)
- 物理的な不良/欠陥解析およびインラインデータの統計的分析に基づき、プロセス上の課題の原因を特定
- 各プロセス要素技術と連携し、改善計画の立案、検証、対策の導入を主導
- 検査工程の見直しなどを行い、プロセス検出能力の向上
- 新製品・新技術における課題を抽出し、開発チームと連携して改善を推進
Essential Requirements: (必須)
- 半導体または電子デバイス業界におけるプロセス技術又は欠陥検査技術の経験(3年以上)
- チャレンジを恐れず、主体的かつ前向きに業務に取り組める方
- 論理的思考による問題解決プロセスに取り組む能力
- 組織全体の最適化を意識し、自ら考え行動できる能力
Desired Requirements: (歓迎)
- 欠陥検査設備・検査レシピ・欠陥解析などの専門的な経験
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
- 日常会話レベルの英語力
