スカイワークスフィルターソリューションズジャパン(SFSJ)は 、通信機器に使われる高周波フィルターの開発・製造を行っている外資系メーカーです。
SFSJ社内のプール制通訳・翻訳チームの一員として、アメリカ本社やシンガポール拠点との会議通訳や文書翻訳を行っていただく正社員を募集します。
The applicant will join the Language Support Team and support the RF filter development/manufacturing divisions across SFSJ. The main responsibility will be to support SFSJ managers and engineers in daily transactions, regular and adhoc meetings and reviews through meeting interpretations and document translations.
Responsibilities
- 通訳(約90%)
- 日本と米国本社、シンガポール拠点、メキシコ拠点等の間でMicrosoft TEAMSを使用したオンライン通訳(逐次、同時)
- 海外拠点からの来訪やベンダー会議における対面での会議通訳(住之江およびOBP)。
※会議は通常の営業時間外(午前8時から午後6時頃までの間)に行われる場合もあります。
- 翻訳(約10%)
- プレゼンテーション資料、会議資料、メールなどの翻訳
- 英文のチェック
- Interpretation (90%):
- On-line interpretation (Consecutive, Simultaneous) using Microsoft TEAMS between Japan and US Headquarters, SG site, Mexico site, etc.
- Interpretation in face-to-face meetings at Suminoe and OBP upon visit from other locations, meeting with vendors, etc.
- Occasionally, meetings are held outside of regular business hours (from 8:00 a.m. or until about 6:00 p.m.)
- Document and email translation (10%)
- Translation of presentation materials, meeting materials and emails
- Checking English documents
Required Experience And Skills
- 社内通訳者として3年以上の経験のある方(日英・英日。同時通訳の経験があれば尚可)
- 通訳者養成学校または大学等で訓練経験のある方
- 英語:TOEIC 900以上、日本語:ネイティブ、ビジネスレベル以上
- 協調性をもってチームで作業ができる方
- 幅広い業務に柔軟に対応できる方
3+ years of experience as an interpreter (experience in simultaneous interpreting preferred)
- Received interpreter training in training schools or universities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate
- Flexible and capable of handling a wide range of tasks
- Working hours and days: 8:30 to 17:15 *Flex-System
Mon-Fri (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are days off; company calendar available)
