In this role, you will be part of the Digital and Technology team and work in a global and multinational team atmosphere We are looking for a PMO to join the Workplace Technology team. This role will support the current manager, who is managing multiple initiatives and transformation projects, by helping oversee day-to-day project execution and ensuring the overall project portfolio continues to move forward smoothly.

This position is well suited for a hands-on individual contributor who is comfortable managing projects independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Workplace Technology Manager in coordinating and managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Drive project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are maintained
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones across the project portfolio
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Manage and coordinate with Japanese external vendors, ensuring effective communication and delivery
  • Facilitate meetings and support governance and project management processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve project execution and portfolio management practices

Required Experience

  • Experience working in a PMO or project management role, with the ability to manage projects as an individual contributor
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience, including prior work with Japanese external vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured and organized manner
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Language Requirements

  • English: Business level or higher
  • Japanese: Business level preferred

Preferred Background

  • Experience supporting IT, Workplace Technology, or corporate technology initiatives
  • Familiarity with project reporting, governance, and portfolio tracking
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
