Ahead Staffing is seeking a talented Front End Developer to join one of our global e-commerce clients on a team that provides innovative incentive and payment platforms that power businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Implement state management solutions such as Redux or Zustand.
- Write unit tests using Jest and Vite, and perform E2E testing with Cypress or Playwright.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ECMAScript methods and front-end development best practices.
- Participate in the CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance using tools like Jenkins and AWS CodeBuild.
- Assist in migrating existing front-end applications to the React framework.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and Vite.
- Proficiency in E2E testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright.
- In-depth understanding of ECMAScript standards and modern JavaScript features.
- Knowledge of front-end security practices, including CSP, XSS, CSRF, and JWT.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and AWS CodeBuild.
- Ability to migrate front-end applications to React.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or MUI.
Desired Skills:
- Experience deploying front-end applications to AWS S3.
