■職務内容:
事業拡大に伴い、当社の次世代を担う法人営業職を募集します。
法人のお客様(不動産仲介会社)に対し、不動産の買取再販に関する営業を行っていただきます。
あなたのバイタリティと成長意欲を活かし、当社の中心メンバーとして活躍してください。
■職務詳細:
○新規開拓営業:新たな法人顧客との関係構築を行います。具体的には、不動産業者へ営業を行い、物件の仕入れや仲介案件の獲得を目指します。テレアボや飛び込み営業は基本的にありません。
○ルート営業:既存の法人顧客(提携している不動産会社など)との信頼関係を深め、継続的な取引に繋げます。定期的な訪問や情報交換を通じて、新たな案件ニーズを掘り起こし、提案を行います。
○不動産物件の調査・査定補助:仕入れを検討する物件の現地調査や、市場価格、周辺環境などの情報収集をし、価格査定を行います。
○契約・決済:売買契約(仕入・販売)に関する書類作成、契約・決済業務を行います。
