Junior Accounting Clerk ジュニア経理事務担当 | Hotel Finance (Competitive salary, Hotel discounts)
Our client, a renowned hospitality company in Sapporo, is seeking a Junior Accounting Staff to join their Finance & Business Support team. This role offers a great step into hotel finance, providing the opportunity to work closely with various departments and gain valuable experience in accounting within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容:
- Input journal entries and process invoices
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Perform bank reconciliations and record transactions
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Organize and file accounting records for audits
- Coordinate with departments for accurate expense tracking
- 仕訳入力および請求書処理
- 売掛金及び買掛金の管理
- 銀行口座の調整と取引記録
- 月次および四半期ごとの財務報告書作成の補助
- 監査に向けた会計記録の整理とファイリング
- 正確な経費管理のため、各部署との調整
Qualifications / 応募資格:
- Native-level Japanese proficiency (mandatory)
- 1–2 years of accounting or administrative experience
- Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP software is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic English reading/writing skills is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
- 日本語ネイティブレベル(必須)
- 1〜2年の経理または事務経験
- 会計システムまたはERPソフトウェアの使用経験があれば尚可
- 英語の基本的な読み書き能力があれば尚可
- ホテル業界での経験があれば尚可
