【仕事内容】

伝統工芸技術「木目金」を用いたオーダーメイドジュエリーの制作業務。

工房にて、リングの磨き加工や石留加工をお願いします。

お客様の喜ぶお顔を想像しながら、丁寧に加工していきます。

~ 制作の流れ ~

*表面加工

指輪表面の火ムラを取る際に、磨きすぎると木目模様が変わってしまうこともあり、指輪の形が崩れないようにこまめに確認しながら慎重に加工します。

*内磨き

金種それぞれに特徴があるので、工程表に沿って加工を行います。

<デザイン・制作・販売の一貫生産体制>

制作は販売店のコンシェルジュが受けたオーダーをもとに進めます。

制作上でコミュニケーションを取る相手は全員が社内の人間。

詳細確認や不明点の質問もしやすく、制作に集中できる環境です。

杢目金屋では社員の習熟度や特性に合わせて、配属や仕事内容を調整しています。

毎日の業務振り返りに加え、個人面談を毎月実施しているので、困ったことはいつでも相談できます。

また、ジュエリーコーディネーター検定、貴金属装身具製作技能士検定の資格取得支援や、年に三回の表彰制度もあり、高いモチベーションで日々の仕事に取り組むことができます。

職場は東京都渋谷区に構える自社工房兼事務所。

50名ほどの職人たちが同じスペースに集まり、コミュニケーションを取りながら、一組ごとに異なるオーダーメイドジュエリーをつくっています。
