採用されたスタッフへ新人研修としてビジネスに従事できる知識とスキルを身につける研修を行います。
必要に応じてスタッフに合わせたコーチングとフィードバック セッションを提供し、品質を定期的に評価することで、最初の新人研修からチーム環境へのスムーズな移行ができるように、業務を遂行します。

• 基礎専門研修のサポート(専門チームによる最新のプロセスを提供)
• 新しいスキーム立ち上げトレーニングのサポート
• 新入社員向けトレーニング後に必要に応じて追加の特別トレーニング セッションを実施し、学習を強化します。
• リクエストに応じてトレーニング資料を作成および更新できる能力(日本語と英語の両方)
• 日本で展開する前のグローバルトレーニング資料の翻訳(英語から日本語)
• グローバルTDチームと共有するためのトレーニングレポートの翻訳(日本語から英語)
• グローバル TD ミーティングに出席し、他の APAC および EMEA のトレーナーと協力してトレンドを収集し、ビジネス要件に合わせたトレーニング ソリューションを設計します。
Ten での最初の 8 週間に新規参入者にトレーニング サポートを提供する (30%)
• 日本事業に入社する新入社員のオンボーディングトレーニングをサポートし、TEN に入社してから最初の 8 週間のサポートを提供します。
• 評価を実施し、新規スターターとの定期的なチェックインセッションを実施して、関連するフィードバックを提供し、習慣とパフォーマンスの変化を促進します。
• すべての新規参入者がプロセスの変更について最新の状態にあり、優れたメンバー満足度につながるサービスを理解していることを確認します。
• トレーニング記録を管理し、トレーニングの結果を関係者、特に新入社員ラインマネージャーとピープルエクスペリエンスチームに伝達します。
• トレーニング中に新しい人をチームに紹介し、該当する場合、専門トレーニング/シャドーイング、および屋外遠足 (例: ホテル サファリ/ダイニング サファリ) などのチームの学習と絆を深める活動を促進します。
• オンボーディング トレーニングの完了後、チーム リーダーへの新しいスターターの引き継ぎを完了し、各新しいスターターについてメモを作成し、必要に応じてトレーニング チームや他のマネージャーとフィードバックを共有します。
LM Sharepointの管理(10%)
• SharePoint 上で LM ナレッジ ベースを作成および管理し、LM が自分の役割で実行する必要があるすべてのプロセスにアクセスできるようにします。
• アップロードされるプロセスについて運用担当者が定期的に相談を受け、そのプロセスに同意するようにする
• 世界中のトレーナーと協力して、可能な限り世界的に足並みをそろえながらも、必要に応じて地域性を維持する
