仕事内容


「環境」に関わる業務を中心にご担当いただきたいと考えています。

安全環境に係る全社的な取りまとめ・方針策定

  • 安全環境に係る事業所(国内・海外)の指導支援・安全環境に係る法令指導
  • 安全環境に係る監査等(国内・海外)

具体的には

・国内・海外事業所の安全環境に係る相談対応、指導および訪問

・国内・海外事業所の安全環境に係る法規・規制の動向把握と対応方針策定・指示

・国内・海外事業所の安全環境に係る監査

・DICグループ全体(国内および海外)の安全環境に係る全社方針の策定

・DICグループ全体(国内および海外)の安全環境に係るデータの収取・解析・情報開示

・海外統括会社との打ち合わせや訪問

<将来のキャリアイメージ>

<1~3年後> 本社の安全環境業務を通して、全社的な安全環境を理解していただきます。

<2~5年後> 本人の特性を見極めつつ、ジョブローテンションの一環として、国内工場の

安全環境Gで現場力を高めていただく可能性があります。その後再び本社安全環境Gへ戻り、

全社に関わる企画や調査の業務に携わっていただくことを考えています。

また、海外関係会社に駐在していただく可能性もあります。

応募要件


<必須要件>

製造業(化学が望ましい)において環境業務全般について5年以上の実務経験がある

  • 環境基本法、大防法、水濁法、水道法、下水道法、土壌に関する法律、廃掃法、毒劇法等の 環境法令に関する届出、異常時の通報(報告)、管理業務の実務経験がある
  • 安全環境に関する事故やコンプライアンス諸問題への組織的対応の経験がある

(行政、本社、工場関係部署とのコミュニケーション全般、再発防止)

  • グローバル動向(水管理、欧米諸国の法規制傾向)を把握し、コーポレートとしてどのように

対応すべきかをまとめた業務経験がある

管理職として数名の部下を持ち、ピープルマネジメントの経験(指示・評価・教育)がある

  • 日常会話程度の語学力(TOEIC730点以上)を有する

  • 事業所の安全環境方針の策定経験を有する
  • 部署の人員計画の立案経験を有する
  • ITスキル(データベース構築・管理など)を有する
  • ISO(環境・安全)の知識を有する
  • 他署との調整を自ら実行するマネジメント能力がある
