【仕事内容】
「環境」に関わる業務を中心にご担当いただきたいと考えています。
■安全環境に係る全社的な取りまとめ・方針策定
■安全環境に係る事業所(国内)の指導支援・安全環境に係る法令指導
■安全環境に係る監査等(国内)
具体的には
・国内工場の安全環境に係る相談対応、指導および訪問(月1回程度)
・国内外の安全環境に係る法規・規制の動向把握と対応方針策定・指示
・国内工場の安全環境に係る監査(月1回程度)
・DICグループ全体(国内および海外)の安全環境に係る全社方針の策定
・DICグループ全体(国内および海外)の安全環境に係るデータの収取・解析・情報開示

【求める人材】
<必須要件>
■製造業(化学が望ましい)において、環境関連業務について5年以上の実務経験を有する
■環境基本法、大防法、水濁法、水道法、下水道法、土壌に関する法律、 廃掃法、毒劇法等の
環境法令に関する届出、異常時の通報(報告)、 管理業務の実務経験を有する
■安全環境に関する事故やコンプライアンス諸問題への組織的対応の経験がある
■管理職としての数名程度の部下をもち、ピープルマネジメントの経験(指示・評価・教育)を有する
<歓迎要件>
■日常会話ができる程度の英語力を有する
■事業所の安全環境方針の策定経験を有する
■部署の人員計画の立案経験を有する
■ITスキル(データベース構築・管理など)を有する
■ISO(環境・安全)の知識を有する
■他署との調整を自ら実行するマネジメント能力がある
