浄水型ウォーターサーバーをご利用中のお客様からの
製品に関するお問い合わせ対応業務(受電メイン)です。
▼具体的には
・製品の使い方・操作方法のご案内
・設置方法・初期設定サポート
・フィルター交換・メンテナンス案内
・故障・不具合時の一次対応
・仕様・機能に関する問い合わせ対応
・対応履歴の入力(システム入力)
・必要に応じた担当部署への引き継ぎ
※営業・契約獲得なし
※ノルマなし
※マニュアル・FAQ完備
※テクニカルサポート未経験OK
