- 受発注書の作成(自社製品の仕入、販売等)
- 見積書、請求書の作成
- 営業の補助(メールでの日程打合せ等)
- 電話対応、メール対応(お客様からの製品注文受付、問合せ等)
- 来客対応
- ファイリング、郵送物の発送

勤務時間・曜日:
・変形労働時間制(1年単位)8:40~18:00(休憩80分、実働8時間)
・残業あり(月平均10時間)
休暇・休日:
休日:日曜日、祝日、その他社内カレンダーによる
・年2回程度の土曜出勤あり
・夏季休暇、年末年始休暇あり
・年間出勤246日、休日119日(実績値)
