営業とアシスタントは「前線と後方支援」というチームワーク

当社は、製薬・バイオ・化学などの多業界に顧客を持つ「全方位型」の専門商社。

営業が顧客対応をリーディングし、アシスタントが後方から支える二人三脚のチーム

お客様に直接お会いする営業担当者と同じ目線でアシスタントも行動し、顧客対応や提案活動をしっかり支える"営業パートナー"です。

【営業アシスタントの仕事内容】

  • 受発注関連業務
  • 見積書作成・納品時の伝票書類発行
  • 取引先対応(見積交渉・スケジュール調整 他)
  • 書類作成
  • 社内諸業務の調整

【入社後の流れ】

  • 入社研修:当社活動を理解するための研修

社内各部門の役割、業界や取引先の特徴、仕事の進め方を学びます。

  • OJT研修:社内・外部コミュニケーションの方法を学びます。

基本システムを使用しながら仕事の流れを学び、徐々に個別の営業案件に携われるようになります。

  • 研修・セミナー:社内勉強会や社外セミナーなど、興味・関心のあるものには、e-leaning含め、積極的に参加いただけます。

年収 円 ~ 円

月給 260000円 ~ 320000円

交通手当:非課税範囲内(最大150,000円/月)

給与支給日:毎月末日振込(締め日:毎月25日)
