About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated English teacher to join our team at Yaruki Switch Group. As an English teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students aged 3-14.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of their students. You will be working in a fun and supportive environment with a team of experienced educators who are committed to providing the best possible education for our students.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 50-minute English lessons to students aged 3-14
- Adapt materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students
- Prepare classroom materials for lessons and projects
- Teach classroom routines, procedures, and rules of behavior
- Monitor children's interactions and encourage cooperation
- Evaluate students' progress and complete reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- TEFL certification or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience teaching English to children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
- Estimated salary: ¥250,000 - ¥300,000 per month (approximately $2,200-$2,700 USD)

Please note that this is a full-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 5 years.
