We are seeking a Freelance In-Person Event Host in Tokyo, Japan to facilitate interactive social impact experiences for corporate partners. The ideal candidate has stage experience, is comfortable in front of a crowd, and wants to contribute to local communities. They will be based in Tokyo, Japan, and have corporate event experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for our mission.

Visit.org helps companies discover and book social impact team experiences led by and benefiting local nonprofits. We provide HR, DEI, CSR, and Meetings & Events leaders with scalable, culturally appropriate content for purpose-driven employee and client engagement.

- Welcome, engage, and inspire participants while supporting nonprofits.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Tokyo, Japan.
- Availability to work on a contract per event basis.
- Comfortable interacting with groups and individuals.
- Easy conversationalist with lots of energy and a charismatic personality.
- Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar profession is a bonus.
- Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Quick thinker and problem-solver.
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
This is an on-location, in-person, per event contract role in Tokyo, Japan. The role is open only to candidates already based in Tokyo, Japan. No relocation packages are offered at this time.
