【仕事内容】

ホテルベルクラシック東京にて、

一般企業や団体様向けに

送別会、同窓会といったイベントや

会議やセミナーなどの宴会プランの

企画や提案営業をお任せいたします。

【事業拡大に向けた募集】

当ポジションは「事業拡大」の為の

新規募集となります。

営業スタイルは「一貫担当性」です。

アプローチから、イベントの立ち合いまで

同じ営業が担当し、翌年にリピート

いただいた場合も同じ営業が担当します。

【企画のご提案も可能です】

営業活動の中で

「こんな宴会プランがあったらいいのに」

と感じた際には、イベント企画提案も可能です。

実際、ホームページに載せているプランも

営業発信で出来たプランとなっております。

【インセンティブについて】

・個人目標

・個人売上額

・部署目標

3種類のインセンティブがございます。

特に個人売上額の還元率が高く、

ご自身の売上に応じてUPしていきます。

月の売上が0でない限りインセンティブ

が発生し、月平均だと5~6万円ほど

支給されます

【お仕事の流れ】

  • 入社後

初めのうちは先輩スタッフが同行いたしますので、

ホテルや商品に対する知識が不十分でも

サポート体制は整っております

  • アポイント取得

既存の営業リストを元に、

過去ご利用いただいた顧客や、

新規の方へアプローチします。

すでに贔屓にしている

ホテルがある場合もあるため、

まずはアポイントを取得し、ご提案します。

既存の営業リスト以外にも

自身の卒業校やアルバイト先、

友人の就職先にアプローチをするスタッフもいれば、

地域のイベントに参加して人脈を広げるスタッフ、

外回り営業で目星をつけた企業に訪問をするスタッフ等、

様々な方法で営業先を探しております。

  • ご提案

お客様は、豊島区周辺や埼玉県の

一般企業様、組合、公務員の方から、

クラブや教室など幅広い層がいらっしゃいます。

当ホテルのプランや施設の魅力をご提案し、

お見積書の作成を行います。その後、

お打ち合わせにて会場のレイアウトや

料理の内容などを決定していきます。

  • イベント当日

イベントの運営はお客様にお任せして

おりますが、当日営業も出席して、

ホテル側とお客様のサポートを行います。

大体、月に20件ほどのイベントを

ご担当いただくペースです。

※当ホテルは結婚式の披露宴でも

ご利用いただくため、イベントの多くは

平日に実施しております。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

<シフト例>

09:30~18:00

10:30~19:00

  • 場合により直行直帰もOKです

勤務時間は「シフト制」です。

基本シフトは09:30~18:00ですが、

打ち合わせやアポイントによって

調整が可能となっております。

通常営業日は定時退社するスタッフが

多いですが、担当案件に立ち合うため、

残業が発生することがあります。

※月の平均残業時間:20時間程度

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 19万1360円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万8600円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり17時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万40円 〜

基本給+インセンティブでの支給

ホテルの法人営業のため、宴会や会議等の月内受注金額でのインセンティブと、

無事に宴会・会議当日を迎えたご案件の売上金額でのインセンティブが付きます。

また、月間や年間の受注・売上金額達成によるインセンティブもあります。

営業活動にかかる交通費は会社負担です。

給与例

  • 月収30~35万円程度可能

(月給219,960円+インセンティブ)

Aさんの場合:中途入社/9年目

年収550万円(売り上げ目標90%達成)

1年目は先輩スタッフの引継ぎ顧客や新規顧客への営業活動がメインとなり、

すぐにインセンティブが充実するわけではありませんが、

年数を重ねるにつれて顧客が増えるシステムのため、毎年年収は上がっていきます。

また、役職に就くと採用や教育に携わる機会が増えるため、役職手当もつきます。

大体3~5年勤続で役職(チーフ)に就くスタッフが多いです。

勤続10年のスタッフはマネージャーとして活躍しており、

個人売上達成に向けて各営業スタッフにアドバイスを行ったり、

部署全体の売上管理を行うこともあります。

当部署では9名のスタッフが在籍しております。

男女比はちょうど半々で、

平均年齢は30~40歳程度です。

ベテランスタッフも在籍しており、

最長で勤続28年目のスタッフも活躍中です。

割とフランクな雰囲気で馴染みやすい環境です。
