コンテンツスタジオでは、プロジェクトの立ち上げから配信までの全過程に法務チェックが関わります。

以下は一般的な流れと、各段階での法務の主な役割を記載します。

① 企画・開発段階

・原作や脚本の権利確認(著作権・商標権・肖像権)

・原作使用許諾契約/脚本家・監督との契約締結

・出資・製作委員会構成の検討・配給契約、販売契約、配信契約など

・NDA(秘密保持契約)の締結

② プリプロダクション(準備段階)

・出演契約(俳優部)

・スタッフ契約(社内/業務委託のクリエイター・社外/監督・脚本家・撮影・美術・編集など)

・制作委託契約・共同制作契約

・音楽使用契約(楽曲使用、サウンドトラックなど)

③ 撮影段階

・現場での契約遵守確認(許諾範囲・撮影制限の管理)

・肖像権・施設利用権トラブルの防止

④ ポストプロダクション(編集・納品)

・楽曲・映像素材の二次使用確認

・クレジット表記・権利帰属の最終確認

・配信・放送における使用範囲の明記

・配給・販売契約のレビュー

⑤ 配信・公開段階

・プラットフォーム契約(Netflix、Amazon、劇場配給など)

・海外展開に伴う翻訳・現地規制対応(検閲・字幕権)

・収益分配・ロイヤリティ精算の契約

一般企業では社内ルールの整備や契約書による明文化が重視され、書面上で完結するケースが多いのに対し、

エンタメ業界の法務では作品ごとに状況が異なるため、柔軟な対応が必要です。

さらに、契約や交渉もクリエイターやプロデューサーとの信頼関係や人間的なコミュニケーションの上に成り立つ部分が大きく、

単なる「法的管理」ではなく、表現活動を支える伴走者としての側面が強いのが特徴なため、知識やご経験と同じく、コミュニケーション力も大事にしています。
