Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Junior Sous Chef - Peter Kitchen to achieve the company's objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepares and makes all Food items in the kitchen according to The Peninsula Food Guidelines and Standards.
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Enthusiastic, maintains a positive attitude to team and a professional disposition.

General Requirements

  • Local Hiring 
  • Knowledge of western food 
  • Preferred to have working experience in 5-star hotel or equal level of kitchen
