Key Accountabilities
- Prepares and makes all Food items in the kitchen according to The Peninsula Food Guidelines and Standards.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Enthusiastic, maintains a positive attitude to team and a professional disposition.
General Requirements
- Local Hiring
- Knowledge of western food
- Preferred to have working experience in 5-star hotel or equal level of kitchen
