Summary
今回は当ホテルの製菓部門(ペストリーキッチン)にて、パティシエのスーシェフ(管理職)を募集いたします。

ホテル1階「ペストリー ショップ」で販売するケーキや焼き菓子類、および51階のメインダイニング「ザ タヴァングリル&ラウンジ」や一般宴会・披露宴で提供する業務全般、並びにマネジメント業務を担当いただきます。

2014年に開業したアンダーズ 東京は銀座や六本木よりほど近いビジネス・レジャーの中心にあるランドマーク「虎ノ門ヒルズ」の高層階に位置する"日本初"のラグジュアリーライフスタイルホテルです。ホテルの形式にとらわれず、お客様それぞれが自分らしいスタイルでお過ごしいただけるよう、常にクリエイティブで温かいサービスでお迎えいたします。

■ペストリーショップ■

虎ノ門ヒルズ森タワーの1階にある白を基調とした明るい空間が広がるペストリー ショップ。大理石のショーケースの中に、スイス出身のクリエイティブなシェフによるシグネチャースイーツの色鮮やかなケーキや、チョコレートライブラリー、旬のフルーツを贅沢に使ったタルト、ケーキ、焼き菓子を豊富に取り揃えているショップです。

Qualifications

  • パティシエ業務経験5年以上
  • 現職または前職にて管理職経験がある方
  • 固定観念にとらわれず、様々な視点で物事を考えられる
  • 新しいアイディアを求め、また受容できる方
  • 高いコミュニケーションスキル
  • 部下へのトレーニング・コーチングスキル
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力
  • 日常会話程度の英語力
  • ラグジュアリーホテルでのパティシエ経験ありの方歓迎

At least 5 years of experience in pastry business

Experience in management in current or previous position

Able to think from various perspectives without being bound by stereotypes.

Able to seek and accept new ideas

Strong communication skills

Training and coaching skills for subordinates

Business level Japanese language skills

English language skills at a daily conversational level

Experience as a pastry chef in a luxury hotel is welcome
