・医事課のマネジメント業務

・他部門との調整・決定事項の実行

・医事課スタッフ労務管理・目標管理・評価

・施設基準管理・各種届出

・窓口収入金・未収金管理及び督促対応

・行政対応・適時調査対応・各種報告対応

・本部、グループ内関連施設との調整

・病院運営会議・各種委員会出席

・各種統計資料作成及び病院幹部への報告・提言
