医事課 管理職(課長)

〈仕事内容〉

・医事課のマネジメント業務

・他部門との調整、決定事項の実行

・医事課スタッフ労務管理、目標管理、評価

・施設基準管理、各種届出

・窓口収入金、未収金管理及び督促対応

・行政対応、適時調査対応、各種報告対応

・本部、グループ内関連施設との調整

・病院運営会議、各種委員会出席

・各種統計資料作成及び病院幹部への報告、提言
