- 製品売上に重要な影響を及ぼす市場原理を十分理解し、具体的なビジネス・プランに反映させ、維持する。
- 担当製品の適応疾患の病態や製品作用の仕組みについての、臨床的、専門的、科学的知識を示す。
- ターゲットDrを増やすことができる柔軟なフットワークを有する。
- 医師、医療従事者、患者、医療施設を含む、患者中心のパートナーシップモデルの実現を導く。
- テリトリーの課題を解決するために効果的なセミナーを自ら企画・実行する。
- 専門医はもちろんKOLにも臆せず治療提案できるマインドとスキルを併せ持つ。
- 自身の成功体験や担当製品の情報提供を通じて得た知識やスキル、失敗例も惜しみなく他のメンバーにも共有することで、他社の成功にも貢献する。
- 製品や市場戦略の改善のため、積極的に会社マネジメントと交流を図る。
- 効率的に時間やCRM、リソースや業務量を管理する。
- TLL・MKT・MSLといった社内のクロスファンクショナルなメンバーと協業できる。
- F2F面談だけでなくWeb面談・電話・メールなどのマルチチャネルを医療従事者に合わせてアクションをとることができる。
- チームワーク向上のため、誠実にメンバーとコミュニケーションを取る。
You Will Need To Have
- MR資格保有者
- 5年以上の製薬企業におけるMR(医薬情報担当者)経験
- 3年以上の大学病院・基幹病院担当経験
- 3年以上の専門領域経験
- 宿泊、週末移動を伴う出張可
- 普通自動車免許証(優良ドライバー)
- 医薬情報担当者認定(MR認定)
We Would Prefer For You To Have
- 3年以上の専門領域経験
- 神経領域疾患、点滴・注射系の製品を伴う重病専門を取り扱った経験
- 独立した環境およびチーム内で、自律して効率よく働く能力
- 製品および患者ニーズのエキスパートとして専門医を訪問し、科学的な情報提供活動を通じて強固で専門的な関係を構築する能力
- 過去3年~5年以内に、生物薬剤の発売に関わった経験
- 希少疾患経験
