用地の仕入れから投資用不動産の企画・開発まで、事業の根幹をなす上流工程を一貫してご担当いただきます。安定した経営基盤のもと、大きな裁量を持って価値創造に挑戦できるポジションです。

<お任せする業務>

投資用不動産の価値を最大化するため、用地の仕入れから企画開発まで、事業の上流工程を幅広くお任せします。

<具体的な業務内容>

  • 不動産用地情報の取得・精査
  • 用地仕入れに関する交渉・契約
  • 投資用不動産の企画・開発
  • 建築プランの作成・検証
  • 入居ニーズの調査、収益シミュレーションの策定

試用期間あり/3か月 試用期間中は9:00〜18:00の固定勤務時間になります。

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)

コアタイム09:00〜16:30

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均25時間〜40時間

※コアタイムは曜日によって異なります。

月・火・木9:00〜16:30、水11:00〜15:00、金9:00〜15:00

※入社日から3か月経過する日の月末までには、9:00〜18:00の固定労働時間制になります。(実働8時間・休憩1時間/時間外労働の有無・あり/月平均20時間)

【給与】

450万円〜700万円

月給制 基本給238800円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月45時間分として83700円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。

支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)上限30000円

月3万円まで

  • 賞与あり 年1回:業績賞与あり(会社・事業部・個人業績による)
