◆墨田区グループホームでの夜勤専従介護職◆

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 認知症対応型共同生活介護施設「かねがふち」で、少人数の入居者様が家庭的な雰囲気の中で生活されています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 夜間帯の生活全般をサポートします。夕食・夜食の介助、排泄介助、見回り、コール対応、就寝・起床介助、朝食準備、入浴介助、記録業務などが主な業務です。

A. 充実した研修制度があり、勉強会や事例検討会を定期開催。資格取得支援制度では受講料全額と交通費を法人が支給します。24時間看護師と連絡可能な体制で医療面も安心です。
