Your Role And Responsibilities
戦略から業務改革、システム構想策定からデリバリーまで一気通貫で行います。変革事例やグローバルでの最新プロジェクト事例を踏まえ、お客様の経営課題に対応するあるべき姿を描き、業務改革実行の支援をいたします。クライアント企業の成果にコミットする部隊として、プランニングに留まらず、実行支援まで行い、クライアント共に企業変革を推進しています。

■業務概要

・プロジェクト計画の立案

・プロジェクトデリバリーリード、各種プロジェクト管理

・お客様の課題解決のための最新ソリューションの検討、アーキテクチャー策定、ITシステム化の計画・ソリューション設計

・お客様からのヒアリングやセッションを通じたソリューションの精錬化、契約内容調整

・提案リード、提案書作成、契約締結推進

・システム導入、維持・保守チームの整備・引渡し

【補足】

・提案から契約締結後のプロジェクトデリバリー(サービスインまで)のプロジェクトライフサイクル全体を担当・推進いただきます。

・製造業のモノづくりの源泉である生産業務分野(SCM/PLM/BOMなど)または調達業務分野、販売管理や物流管理業務分野等の知見のある方、大歓迎です。

お客様は、日系・外資製造業(自動車・電機・電子・電機・半導体・事務機器など)

大規模案件が多く、汎用機系からOpen系、クラウド領域、AIなど多岐に渡ります。

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
【歓迎(WANT)】以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・「システム化構想策定プロジェクト」または「IT戦略策定プロジェクト」

・ 基幹系システムのアプリケーション開発、基幹系システムの DB 設計実施経験

・ステークホルダーとの直接交渉の経験がありプロジェクトを推進した経験

・10名から50名以上のメンバーが参画したプロジェクトのマネージャー(リーダー)経験

【人物像】

・プロジェクトマネージャーとして、責任感を持ちお客様や関連するチームと直接連携を取り計画や目的に向かって対応が可能な方

・課題の発見、改善案を検討し推進できる。

・チームを牽引できるリーダーシップを取れる方

【語学】

・TOEIC 730点相当・英文のE-Mailや文書を読める程度のスキル。英語力が高ければ活動のチャンスは広がります。
