本ポジションは、製造業のお客様に対する PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)システムのデジタルトランスフォーメーション導入プロジェクトを、顧客窓口としてリードするプロジェクトマネージャーです。エンジニアリングおよび製造業務プロセスへの理解をもとに、プロジェクト全体の計画、進行管理、品質管理を担い、次世代PLM導入を成功に導いていただきます。

This position is a Project Manager role responsible for leading PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) digital transformation implementation projects for manufacturing customers. Acting as the primary client-facing point of contact, you will manage project planning, execution, and quality while supporting the successful adoption of next-generation PLM systems.

• プロジェクト概要 / Project Introduction

本プロジェクトは、PLMシステムのデジタルトランスフォーメーションを目的としています。お客様は既存のレガシーPLMシステムを使用しており、次世代PLMシステムへの移行を計画しています。本プロジェクトでは、最小限のカスタマイズでPLM製品を構成し、エンジニアリングプロセスの要件を最大限満たすことを重視しています。

This project focuses on the digital transformation of the PLM system. The customer is currently using a legacy PLM system and is planning to migrate to a next-generation PLM platform. The key objective is to meet engineering process requirements by configuring the PLM product with minimal customization.

This is a client-facing role responsible for managing end-to-end digital transformation implementation projects. The position requires a strong understanding of project management, engineering and manufacturing business processes, and core Product Lifecycle Management concepts across various PLM platforms.

• 主な業務内容 / Responsibilities

• 複数のステークホルダーを管理し、明確で円滑なコミュニケーションを確立

• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)を定義し、導入およびデリバリーの進捗を管理

• プロジェクトにおけるリスク、課題、アクションアイテムの管理

• プロジェクトのデリバリーおよび品質指標を管理し、品質・デリバリー管理プロセスを定義

• 新しい技術やトレンドを積極的に学び、プロジェクトに活かす姿勢

• Manage multiple stakeholders and establish clear and effective communication

• Define the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and track implementation and delivery progress

• Manage project risks, issues, and action items

• Own project delivery and quality metrics, and define processes for delivery and quality management

• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends

This role offers opportunities to learn various technologies and solutions while gaining hands-on experience in planning and executing complete PLM implementations. You will work closely with both Japan and global teams, developing domain knowledge, business process expertise, and consulting skills.

The career path includes progression from Project Manager to Program Manager and then to Delivery Lead.

登録資格

• 必須要件 / Minimum Qualifications

• ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル(ウォーターフォールおよびアジャイル)に関する理解および実務経験

• プロジェクトリスク管理および複数ステークホルダー管理の経験

• エンジニアリング、製造、PLMに関する基本的な用語・概念の理解

• 英語および日本語での業務コミュニケーション能力(読み書き・会話)

• Solid understanding and experience in the software development lifecycle, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies

• Experience managing project risks and working with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to understand basic engineering, manufacturing, and PLM terminology

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken

• Language Requirements / 言語力

Japanese: Fluent level

English: High Business level

• 歓迎要件 / Preferred Qualifications

• デジタルエンジニアリングまたは製造業向けコンサルティングの経験

• Teamcenter、Windchill、ENOVIAなど、いずれかのPLM製品の使用経験

• グローバル環境におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーション導入プロジェクトの経験

• Experience in digital engineering or manufacturing consulting

• Hands-on experience with PLM products such as Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, or similar

• Experience delivering digital transformation implementation projects in global environments

• Employment status

正社員/Regular Employee

Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)

Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

• Salary

Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates' experiences and abilities.

Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY

Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

• Working hours

9:00 - 18:00

(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
