【部門紹介】
主に、日本の各種業種業界顧客に対して、インド本国のデリバリセンタと協業し、Hybrid型でのITインフラ設計構築、及び運用サービスを提供している。
今回の案件では、ITSM及びITSMツールの導入を担当する部門が主となり、ITOおよびAMOサービスのためのITService管理プロセスとツールソリューションの提供を担当しています。主な提供物は、プロセス実装、ITSMツール(Servicenowなど)です。総部門規模は80人(日本とインド)
【プロジェクト紹介】
グローバルレベルでサイロ化しているIT運用において、L1サポートを中心に標準化、統合化を行い、エンドユーザのエクスペリエンスの向上とコスト削減を図るのが目的である。
当社は2025年以降、本件関連プロジェクトに従事している。
本件は、プロジェクトの推進に伴い、日本内での関係者との連携やグローバルでの関わり合いの中で顧客側のタスク、作業負荷が増加する中、顧客側のプロジェクト推進メンバーとして、顧客側リーダー、スタッフとともに状況を整理し、進捗管理、課題管理等のプロジェクト管理ワークを推進する事が求められる。PMレベルでの動きを基本としたPMOとして顧客と伴走/支援し、本プログラムの目的、ゴールを達成させることがミッションとなる。

PMOの立ち位置で、顧客側目線で伴走することにより、顧客の困りごとに直接的に関わり、協働して解決策を推進できる機会となるため、関係者、協力会社、他プロジェクトとの連携経験等プログラム管理の経験を積む機会となります。
ITサービスマネジメントとITSMツール(ServiceNow)という、クライアント企業のIT戦略の中核に対してより深くかかわり、価値提供を通じて、実績を積むことができます。
メンバーはITIL,ServiceNowの専門チームに所属しており、それらに対する知見を持っているため、プロジェクトを適切にマネジメントすることによって非常に高いクオリティのサービスを提供することができます。
【将来のキャリアパス】
このプロジェクトにて、顧客側のプロジェクトメンバーの一員として、顧客と密に協業しながらプロジェクト全体の推進、スケジュール、スコープ、課題を管理する支援作業を実施していただきます。また一方で、TCSのプロジェクトメンバー(日本及びインド)とも連携、協業してプロジェクト全体を推進する支援作業も実施頂きます。顧客に対して、顧客目線でのプロジェクト管理を遂行していく、またTCSを動かしていく、TCSグローバルのナレッジを活用する機会もあり、候補者はハイレベルなプロジェクトマネジメントおよびコンサルティングのキャリアを積み上げることができます。
【仕事内容】
・プロジェクト管理業務全般、PMOリード
・顧客側GOCプロジェクトメンバーのプロジェクト作業支援
スケジュール、進捗管理、ToDo管理、課題、リスク管理
管理資料、検討資料作成支援
顧客側内部作業支援(必要に応じて)
・会議ファシリテーション(定例、臨時)
コミュニケーション、ステークホルダー管理:会議調整、ファシリテーション支援
・文書レビュー、最終化、展開(メンテナンス含む)
・利害関係者の調整、課題解決フォロー
・変更管理実施 等
・TCSプロジェクトメンバーとの連携、協業
プロアクティブな情報共有、定期的なコミュニケーションの推進
課題検討、関係者調整への巻き込み
グローバルナレッジ、ベストプラクティス収集 等

【必要条件】
上記の業務内容において、候補者が持つ担当業務範囲、技術領域の知見・導入運用経験をベースに以下の能力を社内外関係者(顧客及び案件内)双方に対して発揮できること。
IT運用・保守業務の理解と分析力
資料作成・プレゼンテーション能力
顧客・ベンダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション力
プロジェクトマネジメント経験(6年以上)
IT運用またはITSM導入経験(尚可)
問題解決力・論理的思考力
Microsoft Office等の基本スキル
