Infrastructure Planning & Operations Leader
Responsibilities
- Work close to clients to plan operations, provide support, identify issues, and manage vendors
- Handle client infrastructure operations
Main duties:
Planning IT infrastructure investment (budget adjustment, planning, schedule management, cost estimation)
- Support for preparing proposals and approval documents
- Lifecycle management of hardware, OS, middleware, and software
- Implementation of client-area solutions (e.g., M365, Intune)
- Service planning and coordination with client executives
Hypothesis formulation, logical proposals, project promotion

Requirements
Mandatory
Practical experience in the infrastructure domain
Particularly experience in OS/software installation, asset management, and incident handling is welcome
Experience in client-facing planning
Proposal creation, quotation, budget planning, etc.
Experience in driving or promoting projects
Preferred
- Experience in IT service operation design and management
- Knowledge of software licensing
- Experience in infrastructure construction (SV, NW, SEC, etc.)
