当社は日本のプルデンシャルグループ各社に、ITインフラサービスを構築・提供しています。 グループ各社が個別に運用していたシステム基盤サービス業務を一手に引き受け、ネットワークやPCの提供、ヘルプデスクの運営、業務システムを支えるサーバの導入や管理などを行っています。米国本社のIT部門と密接に連携し、グローバル基準に統一されたサービスを提供する事で、グループ全体の業務効率、品質向上を実現しています。
職務内容
Function Lead 並びに所管マネージャからの指示・監督のもと、Prudential の標準的なガバナンスプロセス、ならびに日本での要請事項に従って、主として以下の業務を行う。
1.ベンダーガバナンスに関する定例業務(再委託先を含む委託先管理実務等)やUSカウンターパートとのコミュニケーションの実施
(例:新規取引先ベンダーへのデューデリジェンス、契約条件の確認などを含むリスク評価、既存ベンダーの定期的なリスク再評価ならびにモニタリング、重要取引との定例会議の実施、取引の停止手続きなど)
2.ガバナンス関連社内トレーニングの事務局となり、コンテンツの整備や参加者の確定・履修状況のトラックなどの運営業務を行う。
3.各種ガバナンス事情調査事項。例えばハラスメント懸念の申し出を受領したときなどの当該者へのヒアリングやマネジメントへのレポートをコンプライアンスオフィサ・倫理オフィサの指示・協力のものと実施
4.その他、マネジメントやクライアントからのガバナンスに関する要請への対応
・仕事内容変更の範囲:会社の定める職務(2024年4月の職安法施行規則改正に伴う追記)
応募要件
・ITやITガバナンス(IT統制)の基本的な知識をお持ちで、リスクと効率のバランスの取れた統制の仕組みを考えられる方
・客観的な視野及び論理的な思考のできる方
・金融機関において、次の2つの条件のうちどれか1つ以上を満たすこと
1)購買や外部委託先管理業務経験1年以上、
2)コンプライアンス業務経験1年以上
・英語のグローバル標準ドキュメントを理解し、日本での要請事項を含め実装を行う能力のある方(TOEIC 600点以上を目安とします。)
・情報セキュリティ統制にかかわる業務経験(アクセス権管理・ID作成業務など)
・IT リスク管理にかかわる業務経験(リスク・コントロールアセスメントなど)
・契約・取引関係を主として、各種法政令の知識がある方(例:ビジネス実務法務2級取得者やや派遣・委託先管理に関連した各種労働法の理解が必要な業務を行っていた方)
想定年収:670万円 〜 約1100万円
