デジタルサービス基盤開発本部
<業務内容>
デジタルサービス基盤開発本部は、東京都庁各局 並びに 区市町村を横断して共通して利用可能なクラウドインフラやツールの調達
- 開発を手掛けると共に、GovTech東京自体における情報システム
- 情報セキュリティ体制の確立をする業務を所管しており、本部内の組織構成としては以下の様になっています。
- デジタル基盤グループ
「新たな価値・変革をもたらすデジタルサービスの基盤を作り、運用することで、首都東京のDXを加速し、社会課題解決に貢献する」事をグループミッションとして、クラウドインフラやネットワークの企画・開発 並びに 運用を行う
- 共同化グループ
単なるスケールメリットでのコスト削減だけではなく、自治体間のノウハウの共有によるベストプラクティスの活用や調達プロセスの共通化など、より効率的
- 効果的なツール用意
- 提供を行う事に加え、電子自治体運営協議会から継承した基幹システムである共同運営サービス(電子申請
- 電子調達)の運用
- 保守を行う

本ポジションでは、デジタルサービス基盤開発本部のPMOエキスパートとして、本部全体を統括し、組織運営に関する業務や、管理職によるピープルマネジメントの補佐、プロジェクトマネジメント及びこれらに付随する業務をリードいただきます。
具体的な業務内容は、以下の通りです(一例)
- 本部内における業務計画の策定・進捗管理
- 本部内のリソース管理(人員・予算・契約等)に関する業務
- 本部内の管理職が実施するピープルマネジメント業務の補佐、支援
- バックオフィス部門との連絡調整に関する総括
- 各種事業に関する規程、ガイドライン等の策定、とりまとめ
- 本部内外の会議運営
- 本部内の庶務事務、重要な特命事項への対応
- その他、本部の組織運営に付随する業務全般

基本給 44万円~66万円(固定残業手当を除く)
固定残業手当 10万円~15万円(時間外労働の有無にかかわらず、30時間分の時間外手当を支給)
※30 時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給
想定年収:750万円~1,100万円 ※賞与(年2回)含む
※賞与は標準評価に基づいた金額を想定。賞与額は評価により変動する勤務地一般財団法人GovTech東京 本社

※業務の状況に応じてリモート勤務をすることも可能です。

一般財団法人GovTech東京が定める場所勤務体系標準の勤務時間:フルフレックスタイム制(フレキシブルタイム7:00~22:00、標準労働時間8時間、休憩1時間)
【契約期間】
採用の日から1年6か月を経過した日の翌日以降における最初の9月30日又は3月31日まで
※2025年4月入職の場合は2027年3月31日・2025年10月入職の場合は2027年9月30日まで※勤務実績考慮の上、1年毎に更新を最大3回(最長5年間)行う事ができます
【休日・休暇】土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日から1月3日まで)、その他団体が定める日
