◆役割名
プロフェッショナルサービス本部 ソリューションアーキテクト メンバー(Individual Contributor)
◆業務内容
UiPathのプロフェッショナルサービス部門にて、ソリューションアーキテクトとして以下の業務を担当していただきます:
- クライアントの業務課題や要件を理解し、UiPath製品(Automation Cloud / Orchestrator / Studio / Agentic Builder / Maestro / Apps / AI Center / Action Center など)を活用した最適なソリューションの設計・導入を行う
- プロジェクトデリバリーにおける技術的リードとして、開発チームへのガイダンス、ベストプラクティスの提供、コードレビューの実施
- クラウド移行、レガシー環境からのモダナイゼーション支援などの技術的アドバイザリー
- 製品開発チーム・サポートチームと連携し、フィードバックや改善提案を社内に展開
- グローバルメンバーや他地域のチームと協業し、ベストプラクティスの共有や複雑なプロジェクトのサポートを実施
- プロフェッショナルサービスの提案を営業チームとともに実施

◆応募要件
<必須経験・スキル>
・コンピュータサイエンス/ITまたは同等の学位の大学/大学院
・IT業界における技術者としての10年以上の実務経験(専門性、得意領域)
・プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験
・プログラミングもしくはシステム開発・運用の知識、経験(C/Java/VB/Python/Javascript等)
・AIに関する知識、利用経験、または関心(機械学習、ディープラーニング、LLM等)
・社内外に対する高いコミュニケーションスキル
・ビジネスレベルの日本語
・英語での基本的なコミュニケーション(TOEIC 700点以上相当)
・社外との交渉・提案を含む調整業務の経験(コミュニケーション力、主体性、積極性)
<望ましい経験・スキル>
・英語を用いた実務経験(ビジネスレベルの英語力、海外常駐経験等)
・クラウドサービスのプロジェクト活用経験(AWS/Azure/GCPなど)
・プロフェッショナルサービスの提案・見積・交渉経験
