自社製ERP「PROACTIVE」を用いた基幹システム(会計、人事給与、勤怠)の導入業務をご担当していただきます。PROACTIVEの会計・人事給与システムの導入コンサルティング業務~運用保守、プロダクト開発までをカバーし、多種多様なお客様への基幹システム提案から要求分析~ユーザテストまでの一連のシステム導入を経験できます。また、実際のお客様と対峙するにあたり必要な最新IT動向や社会トレンド情勢を身に付け、顧客提案から、新ビジネスの企画・創出までを行えるコンサルタントしてのスキルアップも期待できます。
【募集背景】
SCSKのオファリングビジネスを支えていくことを目的として、全社組織としての新PROACTIVE事業本部が誕生しました。SCSKの自社開発製品であるPROACTIVE(ERP) をクラウド型で提供し、また、事業構造をサブスクリプション型に変更することで収益性の高いビジネスを創出し、SCSKの次世代の中核事業となることを目指します。この事業転換にあたり、ビジネスモデルの変革や、新しいGo-to-Market (市場開拓) にチャレンジしたい人財を募集します。
【具体的な業務内容】
■上流工程(要求分析/コンサルタント):お客様との要件すり合わせ
■開発(要件定義~テスト):要件定義、設計、レビュー/テストを実施
※実際に開発を行うのはビジネスパートナー企業
■導入支援:マスタ設定やデータ移行、お客様への導入教育を実施
■プロジェクト管理:安定稼働するまで
※安定稼働後は保守チームに任せる

クラウドERP「PROACTIVE」は、企業の業務プロセスを一元管理できる統合システムです。財務・会計、人事、在庫管理、販売などの機能をクラウド上で提供し、リアルタイムでデータの共有や分析が可能です。大規模な導入コストを削減し、柔軟にスケーラブルなソリューションを提供します。アップデートやメンテナンスも自動で行われ、常に最新の機能が利用できます。
